 The recipe program allows the operator to download and
 upload stored recipes. Modifications to store recipes can
 only be edited with a level One Password (via Burton Q.A). 
 Historical trending data is logged in a binary format on a
 PCMCIA hard drive within the control panel. 
 Data can be viewed on the panel in either trend of tabular form. 
 The panel allows the operator to send historical data screen
 directly to a printer.  All thermocouples and vacuum readings
 are collected in tabular mode regardless of the active pens in the
 trend mode.  The recording pens can be reassigned on the Fly allowing
 selection of individual thermocouples and/or vacuum readings for
 comparison.

 This vacuum gauge allows the operator to view both a graphical
 and a numeric representation of the vacuum level being measured. 
 
 The CM31 uses- Thermoval TR211 Priani Sensors to provide signals
 indicating vacuum pressures from the 1000 to 1X 10-4 Torr range.
  
 The CM31 also uses a penningvac PR25 Cold Cathode (ion) tube for
 indicating vacuum pressures from the 10-2 to 10-7 torr range. 
 
 The CM31 is configured to automatically engage the penning vac tube
 when the pressure of the chamber priani is 8 x 10-3 torr below and
 disengage when chamber pressure is 3.7 x 10-2 or above.
